Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much do your cookies cost?
A: Each set is designed custom based off customer needs and wants. My cookie prices vary depending on design, details, number of colors, and hand-cutting the shapes.
- Regular sized (3-3.5″) cookies start at $30/dz.
- Mini sized (1-1.5″) cookies start at $10/dozen.
**Mini cookies are a minimum order of 3 dozen if not ordered in addition to a regular order.**
Q: Can I get 12 different designs in a set?
A: No. I limit the number of designs to 3-4/dozen.
Q: How far in advance do I need to order?
A: I need at least 2 weeks notice for an order if I am not already booked. I usually stay booked about a month in advance. The earlier I know, the better. Plan ahead!
Q: Can you do rush orders?
A: If I am not booked…I might be able to fit a rush order in. A rush fee will be applied. A rush order is anything under 10 days notice.
Q: Can I get a custom order for the week of a Holiday?
A: Yes, at this time custom orders are welcome the week of a major Holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Teacher Appreciation Week, etc.). However, in the future I plan on offering specials for the Holidays and will not take custom orders. Please email for any updates
Q: Do you ship?
A: No. I currently do not ship, but I may in the future.
Q: How long will they stay fresh? Can I freeze them?
A: Cookies will stay good in an airtight container for up to at least 2 weeks. Cookies can be frozen as well. When freezing cookies, use a ziplock bag and an airtight container. Be sure to thaw and let the cookies come to room temp in the original container and bag to prevent colors from bleeding.
Q: Can you individually bag them?
A: I can! I charge $.25/cookie to bag and tie them with coordinating ribbon.
Q: Can you do large orders?
A: Yes! Wedding favors, corporate favors, and large holiday orders. Large orders (over $200) require half a deposit down to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.
Q: Are your cookies made from scratch?
A: Yes! I make the cookies and all the icing myself.
Q: What allergies should I be aware of?
A: My cookies contain dairy, wheat, and eggs. While I do not use nut products in my cookies, my kitchen is not a nut free zone. I also do not currently do gluten free cookies.
Q: What flavors do you offer?
A: I offer the basic sugar cookie, chocolate, Red velvet and Chocolate Chip roll out cookies
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: No, I do not offer discounts. The amount of time and thought that goes into each individual cookie is priceless. While I know my prices are not cheap, I know they are worth it.
